📌 WHAT’S EXPECTED OF YOU

Simple and straight:

✔ Daily attendance is required
✔ Be on time and ready to go
✔ Stay for the full training each day
✔ Participate in all cooking sessions
✔ Help with prep, cooking, and clean-up

This is a team environment. Everyone works.

🚫 WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU MISS

We keep this fair, but firm.

✔ Excused absences only (emergency situations)
✔ 2 unexcused absences = dismissal from class
✔ No refunds if dismissed for attendance issues

🧭 STEP-BY-STEP: HOW TO SHOW UP RIGHT

This is all you need to do:

Step 1: Wake up early and be ready
Step 2: Show up on time (not late, not almost on time)
Step 3: Jump into the work right away
Step 4: Stay involved all day
Step 5: Finish strong through clean-up and end-of-day tasks

Do that… and you’ll do just fine here.

🌲 CAN YOU LEAVE DURING THE DAY?

Yes… but only during scheduled downtime.

We build in free time so you can:

✔ Explore Yellowstone
✔ Go hiking or fishing
✔ Relax or recharge

But once training starts again…
you need to be back and ready.
