Safety Rules for Dutch Oven Cooking Classes in Montana
This is a hands-on, high-heat, real-world training environment.
You’ll be working with:
✔ Open flame ✔ Hot coals ✔ Heavy cast iron ✔ Livestock and outdoor elements
Because of that… we have strict rules in place.
🔥 THE SIMPLE RULES
✔ No alcohol allowed during classes ✔ No drugs allowed at any time ✔ Smoking only in designated areas, away from class
👉 If these rules are broken, you will be asked to leave.
No warnings. No second chances.
⚠️ WHY THIS MATTERS
This isn’t about being strict… it’s about keeping people safe.
When you mix:
🔥 Fire ⚙️ Equipment 🐎 Animals 🌲 Outdoor conditions
With:
🚫 Alcohol or drugs
That’s where accidents happen.
We don’t take that risk.
🚫 DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY (ZERO TOLERANCE)
✔ No alcohol before or during training ✔ No drugs of any kind on the property ✔ No being under the influence at any time
👉 If this rule is broken:
🚫 Immediate dismissal 🚫 No refunds 🚫 You must leave the property
🚬 SMOKING POLICY
We understand some people smoke.
Here’s how it works:
✔ Smoking is allowed only in designated areas per the Montana State Code ✔ Must be done away from cooking, class, and group areas ✔ Must be done safely and responsibly
🚫 No smoking near:
• Open flames • Cooking stations • Buildings or dry grass areas
Fire risk is real out here.
🧭 STEP-BY-STEP: HOW TO FOLLOW THE RULES
Step 1: Do not bring alcohol or drugs onto the property Step 2: Stay clear-headed and focused during training Step 3: If you smoke, ask where the designated area is Step 4: Respect the space, the people, and the process
Simple.
