We don’t cancel for normal weather.

Instead, we adjust.

Step 1: Check conditions daily
We monitor weather every morning

Step 2: Adjust timing if needed
We may shift cooking times to work around weather

Step 3: Modify cooking setup
Wind blocks, repositioning, or protected areas

If conditions are unsafe, we pause or relocate
