This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all classes, lodging, and services offered by Dutch Oven Outfitters. Due to the extensive preparation, limited availability, and resources required to operate each class, this policy is strictly enforced.

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your spot in the class and covers upfront planning, preparation, and reserved resources.

2. Full Payment

Full payment deadlines must be met as outlined at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

3. Cancellations by Participant

If you cancel for any reason, the following applies:

• 60+ days before class: Payments (excluding deposit) may be applied as a credit toward a future class within 12 months.

• 30–59 days before class: 50% of total payment (excluding deposit) may be issued as credit only.

• Less than 30 days: No refunds or credits will be issued.

• No-shows: No refunds, credits, or transfers.

4. Transfers

Transfers to another person are allowed only with prior written approval and must be completed at least 14 days before the class start date.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are treated as cancellations under this policy.

6. Lodging

All lodging reservations (cabins, rooms, wall tents) follow the same cancellation terms. Once booked, lodging is non-refundable within 30 days.

7. Cancellations by Dutch Oven Outfitters

If a class is canceled by Dutch Oven Outfitters due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a reschedule or credit. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Dutch Oven Outfitters.

8. Travel Expenses

Dutch Oven Outfitters is not responsible for any travel expenses including flights, fuel, lodging outside the property, or other related costs.

9. Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Classes are held in outdoor environments and will proceed in most weather conditions. Weather-related discomfort is not grounds for cancellation or refund.

10. Agreement

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy in full.
